A Web server is a computer that accepts connections from Web browsers. In order to have your web page seen on the Internet, you must save it on a web server. The Wachunet web server at the high school is where all of our web documents are stored to be seen on the internet. Your technology person in your school or the Wachunet webmaster will be able to put your Web site on the server for you. Also, most Internet Service Providers (AOL, Compuserve, Prodigy, etc.) also run Web servers and allow subscribers to place their own Web pages on a server.
