Content
The student will:

1. Differentiate between color characteristics such as:
passive- aggressive,
receding- advancing.
2. Demonstrate advanced painting techniques using watercolor, tempera, and acrylics.
3. Demonstrate advanced printmaking techniques.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of graphic art concepts.
5. Describe a process in which students applied personal expression, imagination and visual thinking to solve a creative problem.


6. Analyze and discuss works of art (art appreciation - history) by identifying materials, techniques, and styles.


7. Demonstrate an understanding of the artistic heritage and culture of the United States.
