Celebrity Readers Converge on Davis Hill

    On December 2nd, 2005 Celebrity Readers from across Holden converged on Davis Hill to read to students of all ages. Thanks to the parents who gave of their time to locate, invite and welcome these readers to our school for our annual Community Reading Day. Readers came from the Holden Police Department, Holden Town offices, Wachusett District offices, Massachusetts State Police, Wachusett Food Pantry, US Post Office, Holden Library, Bagel Inn, St. Mary's Choir, Janice Mitchell Real Estate, St. Francis Church, The Healing Path, The Landmark Newspaper, Holden Selectmen, Holden Animal Control and even the Massachusetts State Representatives. Both readers and listeners enjoyed the morning together.

    Thank you to Ben and Molly Woodbury for their time and efforts to make this event a huge success! Thank you to all community members who gave of there time to share in the joy of reading!
