The
Massachusetts Senate and House of Representatives have both passed their own
version of the Anti-Bullying Bill. The two versions will have to be reconciled,
but both include bans on bullying at schools, school buses, and through
electronic devices such as cell phones, e-mail and Internet social networking
sites. Both versions currently require training for teachers and school staff.

There are many sites that deal with teaching administrators and teachers what
to look for and also teach students to recognize bullying and what to do if
they are bullied via electronic means. In addition, there are sites that seek
to educate parents, too.
