WELCOME TO FIRST GRADE

Dear Students and Parents:

    We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to first grade.  We look forward to working with you throughout the 2007-2008 school year.  There are a few things that our classes will need to start the new school year.  It would be extremely helpful if each student could donate the following items to his/her class:

    1.    2 boxes of tissues

    2.    3 rolls of paper towels

    3.    3 packages of anti-bacterial cleaning wipes

    4.     2 glue sticks

    It would be extremely helpful if each boy could donate the following items to our class:

    1.    one box of sandwich size Ziploc freezer bags

    2.    one box of gallon size Ziploc freezer bags

    3.    one box of thin line Crayola markers

    4.    one bottle of Elmer's Rubber Cement (can be found at Wal-Mart) It must be Elmer's

    It would be extremely helpful if each girl could donate the following items to our class:

    1.    one box of classic (thick) Crayola markers

    2.    one box of Crayola colored pencils

    3.    one package of stickers

    4.    one box of quart size Ziploc freezer bags

EVERY STUDENT WILL NEED A TWO POCKET FOLDER TO BRING MESSAGES, SCHOOL WORK HOMEWORK ETC. TO AND FROM SCHOOL.  Please put your child's name of the outside cover of the folder.
