Bell Schedule

Each student is scheduled for seven classes that will meet in the BLOCKS that appear as letters A through G on the bell schedule.
Our school day is comprised of six PERIODS. On each of seven days, we will eliminate one BLOCK and we will utilize this time to make FIFTH PERIOD a double period each day.
You will note, as well, that the BLOCKS will rotate each day so that each of your classes will meet during the long FIFTH PERIOD once during the seven school days in our rotation.

This schedule is also characterized by its four lunch periods, which are designated as LUNCH 1, LUNCH 2, LUNCH 3, and LUNCH 4 on the bell schedule.
Students should note that the lunch to which they report on a given day will be determined by the class that they have during FIFTH PERIOD on the day in question. Your teachers will inform you of the lunch period that is linked to your particular class.

The general description found above will govern most of the routines that surround this schedule.
However, students are advised to keep their class schedule close at hand because the daily rotation of the BLOCKS is sure to be confusing without reference to a schedule.
Also, classes that meet every other day such as Physical Education and Health will actually rotate over a fourteen-day cycle, rather than a seven-day cycle, and you will need to refer to your schedule to keep track of this rotation.
