Attention all students and parents: morning extra help does not begin until 7:30. In fact, some teachers do not start their extra help until 7:40 or 7:45. Students need to check in the office first to see if their teacher is available. If not, students must wait outside until their teacher is available. There is no supervision available inside the building. With the onset of cold weather, students should dress appropriately for waiting outside.

Presidential Award Info
Attention parents: the Presidential Awards are given out at graduation each year to deserving 8th grade students. Please click here to access a flyer that contains all of the necessary criteria required for receiving this award. Please note: this is a national award so the criteria is set by an outside commission, not Mountview staff.
Click here for a Homework Zone application for the 2016-2017 school year.
FYI, homework requests are not done until a student has been absent for three days. Please request the homework when you call your child in sick on the morning of the third day. Many teachers post assignments on their websites, so it is a good idea to check there first whenever your child is absent.
