Attention all athletes interested in trying out for PCS spring teams:
Baseball and Softball registrations are DUE no later than February 25, 2010.
(Please check with Mrs. Lynch to make sure that you have a physical on file.)
If you are a middle school student and interested in playing sports this year, please download the following forms:

Release from Liability
Have your parents complete them, sign them and return to school.
Additionally, the student MUST have been examined by a physician in the past twelve months and a record of such exam MUST be on file in the PCS middle school health office. All immunizations MUST be up to date.
