Neuropsychological Evaluations Workshop

Amy Shogren, a licensed psychologist from the Integrated Center for Child Development (ICCD) will present a workshop designed to provide parents with an understanding of neuropsychological assessments and how they can help their child.  It will include detailed information regarding the evaluation process as well as a description of what parents can expect to gain from the evaluation, including diagnostic clarification, a better understanding of their child’s strengths and weaknesses, and various recommendations regarding intervention and treatment.  The presentation will also highlight a primary area of focus for the evaluations conducted at ICCD, namely educational recommendations and assisting parents in determining the best learning environment for the child.
