WRSD Special Education Parent Advisory Council

WHO?  SEPAC is open to any parent/guardian of a child with special needs, as well as any members of the community with an interest in special education.

WHAT?   SEPAC is a volunteer organization that works to support parents and guardians of children with special needs. We provide resources, workshops, and connections to both parents and professionals.

HOW?   SEPAC Officers meet regularly with the district Special Education Administration to discuss the needs of students and to develop an understanding of goals and approaches of special education services in the WachusettRegionalSchool District.

WHY?   In partnership with the District Administration, SEPAC members examine special education issues to improve the educational opportunities available to our children.

Workshops and Events:

SEPAC sponsors educational workshops to educate parents on a variety of topics throughout the year.

Family activities are planned to help forge connections to other special needs children and their families. These activities provide our children with an opportunity for fun activities outside of school.
