Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of 8th Grade Students,
It is time to finalize our plans for our 8th grade students to travel to Washington, D.C. in June.  We need to determine the number of students who are interested in participating in the class trip.

WHEN:  June 10 - 13, 2008 (4 days and 3 nights)

WHO:  Grade 8 students who are eligible. See attached explanation of Points Challenge.

HOW MUCH:  approximately $450 (final cost will be determined when we know how many students are participating and the fundraising money has been distributed)

CHAPERONES:  Mrs. Baer, Mrs. Roney-O’Brien, Mrs. Markel, Mr. McLeod, and TBA

TRAVEL COMPANY:  Jim Mulvihill Tours (same as Paxton Center School)
