Presentations shared for editing are useful for group projects. Students can create drawings and share them (great for concept maps).Create forms for surveys and tests. Create spreadsheets, make charts, and share them.Embed your files, especially presentations, into a wiki or your Google Site.
Upload files, including video & audio files. The storage limit for original and converted Google Docs is 1GB per user (but unconverted files for storage can be up to 10GB each).Google Doc files auto-save with every edit.View changes to any file by going to File and See Revision History. You can revert to a previous edition if you wish. Try using their document templates or presentation themes.
Create contacts and groups. Groups are vital for mass emails and sharing.Import contacts as follows: email address, first name, last name - saved as a .csv file.Or use the Directory to add people to a group. Students have the same format for their email firstname.lastname@example.org and their password is their student ID number.This is helpful for signing up students on educational sites that require this information.
Create one or multiple calendars.Create one for each class and share them with your students. Embed your calendar into a wiki or your Google Site.Add calendars (public ones) of other people to your list. The default is for calendars to be private, but you can change this in Calendar Settings - Share this calendar. Students can layer teacher calendars on top of each other to create one single master calendar.

calendars, forms, docs, presentations, spreadsheets, maps, and video.Sites can be shared for editing or not.
Pages with the distinction of File Cabinet can hold files that are not Google Docs.
Embed a calendar to display dates and events for your class for student projects, teacher websites, and/or clubs.
Permissions can be set up to allow only certain students access to your site or a certain page. You can host
discussions on your site.Add emails individually or a group that you have already created in Mail.Students will
receive an email with a link that will bring them to the wrsdk12.net sign in page.They will then have sign in to
access your site.
