The Committee entered executive session at 8:45 PM

Chairman Leith left the meeting at 8:45 PM.

Member Jeffrey Gibbs returned to the meeting at 8:45 PM.

Vice-chairman John Rokicki deferred to the Superintendent to review the latest offer from the WREA of 12%.

Motion: To authorize the Superintendent to offer 3¼/3¼/4 as a final offer.
