Chairman Leith called the executive session to order at 11:10 PM.

Motion: To amend the Minutes of the Executive Session for February 15, 2001 by adding, before the motion to adjourn, “Member Ferguson requested that the minutes reflect that she had requested further clarification to the minutes of the January 23, 2001 executive session minutes”.
