  1. Call to Order

    2. The meeting was called to order at 9:12 AM.

    The Superintendent distributed copies of the Agenda (attachment 1), School Committee Goals (attachment 2), Compilation of the School Committee Self-Evaluation (attachment 3) and Hudson Public School Goals (attachment 4).

  2. School Committee Self-Evaluation

    3. Discussion began surrounding the School Committee Self-Evaluation. However, the consensus of the members present was that the goals discussion had a higher priority and this item was temporarily put aside.

  3. School Committee Goals

    4. School Committee members discussed various topics for goals. The notes were compiled following the meeting (attachment 5).

    Member Mary Copeland left the meeting at 10:30 AM.

    School Committee members developed the following charge:

    Each member will define each overall topic as a goal statement.

    Members Sherry Horeanopoulos and Kathleen Singh left the meeting at 11:18 AM.

  4. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 AM due to lack of quorum.
