Carol has worked as a Coordinator of Special Ed for WRSD since 2010 and currently covers the eleven K-8 schools, the DW Developmental Programs and the Language Based Program in district.  She also covers the Devereux out of district caseload for Wachusett.  Prior to this, Carol worked as a special education teacher at Central Tree Middle School for eight years.  Before coming to Wachusett, she worked for several years in Worcester at an early intervention center for children at risk.  She holds an undergraduate and masters degree in special education.  Carol is a licensed special education teacher and a licensed administrator of special education in Massachusetts.

Lincoln began working for WRSD as a special education teacher in 1999 and later took the role of special education coordinator.  Prior to working for WRSD he worked as a counselor and as a teacher in various private special education day and residential programs for youth and adults with disabilities.  He also founded and ran the Quest Outdoor Experiential Learning Program for students with disabilities.  He received his undergraduate degree in psychology and his masters degree in special education.  He is a licensed special education teacher and a licensed special education director in the state of Massachusetts.

Dana has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008 and has had a long-standing career working in various capacities within the field of education and educational administration.  Dana holds a Masters degree in Behavioral Education and Education Specialization from Simmons College and completed her undergraduate studies Eastern Michigan University.  Prior to beginning her career at Wachusett Regional School District, Ms. Walton maintained a private behavior analytic practice serving the needs of families, school districts, educational agencies, advocates, lawyers and private schools throughout Massachusetts.
