Michael McSweeney, M.S., BCBA, LABA has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007 and was licensed by the state of Massachusetts in 2016. Michael holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western New England College. Michael has experience in a wide variety of special education settings including residential, private school and public school as well as all age-ranges from pre-school to adult. Michael has worked in various positions including case manager, program coordinator and program specialist before moving to the public school sector in 2013. In the public sector, Michael has worked with elementary school children in the specialized classrooms as well as children integrating into the general education classrooms with a focus on independence and classroom readiness skills.

Danielle Bouvier, BCBA, M.Ed. has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008 and has been working for Wachusett Regional School District ever since. Mrs. Bouvier holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Education from Simmons College and completed her undergraduate studies at University of Maine, Orono receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her time at Wachusett Regional School District, Mrs. Bouvier has consulted to all district wide special education programs. She has also consulted across all schools in both inclusive and sub-separate settings. Before coming to Wachusett, Mrs. Bouvier worked as a direct ABA provider in a residential setting and as an Early Intervention ABA program manager.

Courtney Kajuti MSEd, BCBA has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010. Courtney holds a master’s degree in Severe Special Education from Simmons College and a Bachelor’s degree Business/Communication from Regis College. Courtney has experience in a wide variety of special education settings including residential, private school and public school as well as all age-ranges from pre-school to adult and has had experience with teaching children in different cultures. Courtney has worked in various positions including case manager, lead teacher and program coordinator before moving to the public school sector in 2012. In the public sector, Courtney has worked with all grades in the specialized classrooms as well as children integrating into the general education classrooms with a focus on independence and classroom readiness skills.
