INTERFACE Referral Service
The William James INTERFACE Referral Service is a mental health and wellness referral Helpline available Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, at 888-244-6843 (toll free). This is a free, confidential referral service for individuals across the lifespan living in participating communities, including all five towns in the Wachusett Region. Callers are matched with licensed mental health providers from an extensive database, on average, within 2 weeks of their call to INTERFACE. Each referral best meets the location, insurance, and specialty needs of the caller.

Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention - Covers all 5 towns
The YMCI team helps youth and their families during a crisis by providing:
- Assessment
- Intervention
- Stabilization
- Links to community resources

State Behavioral Health Help Line:
The Department of Mental Health has launched a new
Behavioral Health Help Line that people can call or text at
833-773-2445. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in more than 200 languages. The help line can help individuals and families navigate the behavioral health system and access treatment, including mobile crisis services.
